31 years ago today in Northeast Ohio music history, it was the second night of one of the best Jazz Festivals to come to the Cleveland area when on the JVC Jazz Fest was held at Blossom Music Center. On this night Blues legends took the stage with Ray Charles, Stevie Ray Vaughan and Willie Dixon taking the stage.
