Aerosmith guitarist Joe Perry collapsed during a concert Sunday night at Coney Island Amphitheater and is in stable condition in a New York hospital, ABC reported.
Perry walked off stage during a performance with the Hollywood Vampires, a side group that includes Johnny Depp and Alice Cooper, and collapsed.
The 65-year-old musician was initially taken the the emergency room at Coney Island Hospital, ABC News reported, but later transferred to Columbia Presbyterian Hospital.
Perry’s official twitter account reported that he was in stable condition early Monday morning and surrounded by family.
“Thanks to all the fans reaching out and asking abut Joe,” his tweet read.
