Police guitarist Andy Summers is bringing his “Cracked Lens + A Missing String” tour to The Kent Stage in Kent, Ohio on Monday, October 16th. This multimedia evening with Summers will be his only tour stop in Ohio. He spoke with Jeff Niesel of The Cleveland Scene about his upcoming performance and his background in photography. In the interview when asked how he feels about playing venues like The Kent Stage Summers was quoted, “When you play a stadium, you just play to the other guys in the band. These medium-sized theaters are all very beautiful, and I can connect to the audience. It really works. It’s intimate and, we have a huge screen to show my photos. I’m enjoying it.” Tickets are still available at kentstage.org
