NBC’s Laugh-In is the hottest show on TV and on this date the cast gets a visit from Ringo Starr
1994
A Judiciary Juvenile Justice Subcommittee hearing in Washington, DC, focuses on rap recording lyrics. Chaired by Senator Carol Moseley-Braun, the committee considers whether rap lyrics are pornography (as described by Dionne Warwick) or poetry.
