The surviving members of the Eagles are to regroup at the Grammy Awards to perform a tribute to their late bandmate Glenn Frey who passed away on 18 January after a long battle with poor health.
It’s been revealed that Frey’s bandmates Don Henley, Bernie Leadon, Joe Walsh, and Tim Schmidt will reunite at the awards show to perform a tribute to Frey. His longtime friend and collaborator Jackson Browne will also be a part of the Eagles’ set, performing the band’s 1972 hit Take It Easy which he co-wrote with Frey.
The Grammys will also feature a tribute to late music legend David Bowie, which will be performed by Lady Gaga, and to Motorhead frontman Lemmy by the Hollywood Vampires. Bowie died in January, just days after Lemmy lost a short battle with cancer in December.
