Men at Work, the famed Australian band, lost a Federal Court appeal of a ruling that
found their 1983 hit “Down Under” was partly copied from a Folk song called
“Kookaburra Sits in the Old Gum Tree”. Larrikin Music owns the copyright and claim
millions of dollars in unpaid royalties from “Down Under” writers Colin Hay and Ron
Strykert.

Now come one, it’s Madonna.  What did you expect?  ABC declares a TV ad for Madonna’s new perfume Truth or Dare to be a bit too racy for the network. The spot shows her in leotards, fishnets and garters, and licking her lips while wearing black lingerie and a mask, plus rolling around on the floor.
