1968

The Rolling Stones play host to a real “beggars banquet” in London to introduce their now classic album of that same name.

The album also courted controversy (like you were surprised) when the original cover is deemed inappropriate.

On that same day, Graham Nash announced he was leaving the Hollies for a “new opportunity” with some old friends.

2013

Legends of the San Francisco rock scene, Jorma Kaukonen and Jack Casady bring their Hot Tuna to the Kent Stage on this date in 2013.
