1972

“Power couple!”  It was on this date that Carly Simon married James Taylor.  The marriage wasn’t meant to last, and both ended up as inductees in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.

1973

The Allman Brothers were frequent visitors to the Greater Cleveland area during their fifty plus year careers.

1972

At one time the backbone of Terry Knight and the Pack, Mark Farner and Don Brewer joined with Mel Schacher to form Grand Funk Railroad. Many of their early hits were recorded at Cleveland’s Agency Recording.
