1967
John Lennon introduces his famous round government issued glasses with his starring role in the film How I Won the War

1969
Following the departure of Steve Marriott who went on to form Humble Pie, the Small Faces recruit Ron Wood and Rod Stewart from the Jeff Beck Group.  The band is renamed Faces. There was some debate about bringing “Rod the Mod” into the band.

1978
With one of the highest selling debut albums ever, Boston headlined the Richfield Coliseum a little more than two years after they first appeared at the Cleveland Agora.
