A few weeks ago we reported that Widespread Panic was “pausing” their tour so that lead guitarist, Jimmy Herring could receive treatment for Stage 1 tonsil cancer.
Yesterday they officially announced that the rest of the tour has been cancelled while Herring continues treatment.

The upcoming concerts scheduled for Milwaukee and Savannah have been canceled. Widespread Panic regrets having to cancel these performances but wants to give everyone enough time to adjust their plans as needed.
