Punk icon’s, X have announced that their new album, Smoke & Fiction which is out August 2 is the Los Angeles punk group’s final album and the tour they will start in July to support the album will be their last.
X will be making their last stop in our area on July 17th at the Kent Stage.
X got back together in 2020 for Alphabetland, their first new album since 1993 and first with the group’s original lineup since 1985’s Ain’t Love Grand! The original X members, vocalist Exene Cervenka, vocalist and bassist John Doe, guitarist Billy Zoom, and drummer DJ Bonebrake also were featured on Smoke & Fiction.
