One of the original New York Dolls, Johnny Thunders, is found dead of a drug overdose.  Born John Anthony Genzale, Jr. he renamed himself after a comic book character.  Thunders was also part of the Heartbreakers.

What do we have here?  Peter Hodgson found a tape in his Liverpool attic with sixteen of the Beatles earliest recordings including a Lennon-McCartney composition that the band never recorded.,. They were on a reel-to-reel recorder that Hodgson’s father had lent to Paul McCartney.  He might have also uncovered the earliest known video footage of Paul McCartney.

Crazy night for Amy Winehouse who head butted a couple of guys after a pub crawl with Babyshambles guitarist Mik Whitnall.  One guy at the bar’s pool table wouldn’t move and…boom!   Them after leaving the bar a someone tried to get her a cab, and she thought he was trying to molest her. He gets head butted.  Winehouse still says no to rehab!
